(made with 25% whole clusters and 20% new French oak) Deep red. Lively, spice-inflected red and dark berry scents pick up a smoky aspect with aeration. Smooth and appealingly sweet, offering plump raspberry and floral pastille flavors that deepen on the back half. Forward and nicely balanced, displaying very good finishing clarity and rounded tannins that shape the jammy fruit. Recommended drinking window: 2020 – 2025.

(33% whole clusters) Limpid red. A complex and expressive bouquet evokes fresh dark berries, candied rose, incense and five-spice powder. Concentrated yet lively as well, offering palate-staining black raspberry, bitter cherry and floral pastille flavors that pick up a smoky mineral flourish on the back half. Delivers a suave blend of power and delicacy and finishes with impressive clarity, well-knit tannins and lingering smokiness. Recommended drinking window: 2021 – 2028.

(25% new French oak) Deep vivid red. Sexy, oak-tinged raspberry, spicecake and floral pastille scents show very good clarity and pick up a smoky accent with air. Nicely concentrated yet lively, offering sappy red fruit preserve, cola and allspice flavors that show no rough edges.
