PinotFile, May 11, 2010. By: Rusty Gaffney, MD. Moderately light reddish-purple color in the glass. Aromas of perfectly ripe black cherries, tea leaf and stem waif from the glass. Delicious essence of black cherries with riffs of black raspberries and spice. Full-flavored and sensuous, with pinpoint balance and a special finish in which hauntingly aromatic cherries return for what seems like an eternity. Kissed by an angel. Read full review here: http://princeofpinot.com/tastingnote/5009/

– Stephen Tanzer’s International Wine Cellars, July 2012. By: Josh Raynolds. Bright red.  Complex bouquet of red berry preserves, potpourri and Asian spices, with a hint of cola.  Juicy, penetrating and precise, offering energetic raspberry and bitter cherry flavors and a touch of candied rose.  Closes spicy and long, with resonating floral character and impressive length. 91 points

Vinography, August 25, 2012. By: Alder Yarrow. From blog post, Tasting Notes from the 2012 International Pinot Noir Celebration- Light ruby in the glass, this wine smells of floral and raspberry aromas. In the mouth the wine has a remarkable aromatic sweetness as raspberry and a hint of dark earthy flavors swirl across the palate. Great acidity makes everything lively while the forest floor component gives the wine depth. Very pretty and delicious. 9 to 9.5 rating Read full post here: http://www.vinography.com/archives/2012/08/tasting_notes_from_the_2012_in.html
